It is one of the few special schools in the national capital providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and adults with autism, developmental delays and behavioral disorders. It was started in 2016 as Lubdhak Therapeutic Solutions, a private limited company. 

After working for almost two years, it was realised that the ABA therapy needed to reach more people so LTS was incorporated as Lubdhak Research Foundation in December 2018. As a foundation this special school in Delhi NCR has been providing speech therapy, language skills, cognitive development, communication skills, social skills, life skills, toilet training and special education for children with special needs.
